Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

OCD is when you engage in psychical rituals or behaviours to subside an irrational anxiety or thought, if the behaviour is not conducted.

Substance-use Disorder (Drugs & Alcohol)

When you are addicted to finding an escape from your worries… drugs, alcohol or any unhealthy habit that offers immediate relief or escape are used in excesses, causing further set-back in the long run.

Pure-Obsessive/Intrusive Thoughts (Pure-O)

Pure-O is a mental version of OCD. It is when you experience intrusive thoughts, that you know are absurd or untrue, but feel so real to you. It feels so real, that you engage in reassurance (Compulsions) to gain reassurance to subside the anxiety caused by such thoughts.

Complex Anxiety Disorder

When you know something is wrong, but you just cannot put your finger on it! This is usually due to underlying factors of cognitive/habitual ways of thinking. Eventually, you find yourself in a state that you just don’t understand how you ended up in! A common symptom of this is frequently asking yourself “but what if” and “why me? I never used to be like this!”. But don’t worry, even if you’ve experienced this for years, this can be typically be fixed in weeks with enough understanding of the cause.

Split Personality Disorder

While the cause of Split Personality Disorder is still debated amongst Neurologists, split personality can often occur from severe trauma. In my experience working with Ex-military clients, severe trauma or neurochemical imbalances can disorient a patient from reality. This can cause grief to their loved ones or physicians attempting to support them.

Most people know WHAT emotions they experience, but very few understand WHY they experience them. Understanding WHY emotions occur from certain situations, why we attract certain people, jobs or relationships, all come down primarily to who we are and how we come to attract things. Learn how to understand yourself, and other people you interact with in day-to-day life, to elevate your surroundings and experiences in different relationships.
